Firefox is not giving me the option, like it used to, to save an image
as the destop background. When I right-click on the image, that option
is no longer there. Why? Is there some security setting that would
prevent this?

That seems to have done the trick. I'm not sure why the feature suddenly
disappeared, but I now have a suspect : Sun Java 6. I installed it yesterday
morning, and then later I noticed the problem. Do you think it could have
deactivated firefox-gnome-support?
Thanks for your help.

I'm having a similar problem. I have to manually click on the wired

Hi Ubuntu Team,
I have the April 10 updates. Unfortunately, I still need to manually click
on the double-monitor icon and select wired network every time I boot up
my Ubuntu 7.04. Older versions didn't do this. Is it going to be fixed in an
update?

Thanks for the information. My internet problem has never gone away. I still

This problem still needs to be addressed, and we can only hope they do so.

Why isn't it detecting the internet as it's booting up? If you have an

I found out it was an installed extension, media pirate, that was
preventing me from saving images. Once I unstalled that extension, the
problem was solved. Thanks for following up on the situation.
