Here's a larger snapshot of what I get with linux-image-2.6.31-5-generic
version 2.6.31-5.24 (based on upstream 2.6.31-rc5), thanks to vesafb and
a 1280x1024 framebuffer. The main advantage over the initial snapshot
is that it fits more lines of the crash into the visible area.

All recent xf86-video-geodes since 2.11.0 was released have been
maintenance releases, with just enough changes to accommodate ever-
changing header migrations within the X server core using #ifdef.
Occasionally, there's been documentation updates (such as adding items
to a FAQ in the README).

As previously stated, GTK2 and QT -based applications already include
the possibility of saving to PDF via their Print dialog, which
accomplishes what people in this thread have been expecting: to be able
to choose the name under which their PDF export will be saved. Thus,
I'm closing this bug.
No, CUPS-PDF doesn't expose any interface to define this, nor does it
offer any Print dialog; it is only a printer driver. It is up to each
application to define that meta content. For instance, OpenOffice
defines these via the Document Properties menu under File.
