Kdenetwork have a lot of problems. Also if you try to configure WPA-PSK with a static IP, it is not possible. After you select Manual configuration it becomes impossible to configure WPA, only WEP is allowed, and there is no way back. If you use WPA + DHCP there is no problem --

It looks strange, but after I've done the steps above the error doens't repeat. I can't replicate this error again, after I've done rmmod/modprobe uhci_hcd and unplug and then plug again the devices this error doens't appear again. I've rebooted 3 times since then and the error doens't appear.
