If i set a font to bold under the style tab, the text appears on the screen as
bold and I expect the font to appear bold when it is printed.
However it does not print bold, it prints regular font-weight instead.

I installed your xserver-xorg-input-wacom_0.8.2.2-0ubuntu0.2_i386.deb
(in addition to your wacom-tools), restarted x, and now the stylus
works. However it does not have right click functionality with the
stylus button. The button is recognized because it does something. For
example, using the

On ubuntu 8.10 the button2 option needed to be added to the xorg.conf like this
in order for the button to work.

vino, the same vnc server on ubuntu can be installed/configured on
xubuntu with 3 commands:
sudo aptitude install vino
vino-preferences
/usr/lib/vino/vino-server
/usr/lib/vino/vino-server needs to be added to auto start-up
or you could ln -s /usr/lib/vino/vino-server /usr/bin/vino-server
and
i meant
/usr/lib/vino/vino-server
as the third command
