I've tried setting chromium-browser to be the default browser by either
xtools,lxde tools or just uninstalling firefox. Nothing seems to make it
stop warning me about being a non default browser.

Seems to be fixed on kernel 5.7.0. so I'm closing for now as it has not
happened for the last 2 weeks and the timeout would occur every 2 to 3
days before.

Not sure of the package naming for the Linux Kernel. However since version
4.15.0.28 I've been getting timeouts like this in dmesg:

message.

I mentioned this was the kernel but this should give you the required
info. If you need something else let me know. I've disabled legacy usb
support in the bios so I'm also seeing if that's a issue as well.
