I had this issue when transfering a Sony Vaio laptop with a P4 processor from
XP to Ubuntu. Starting Ubuntu with noapic option solve the problem but I don't

If you don't do it manually via cryptkeeper or fusemount your stash will be

mount as a samba share. If I don't umount it before shuting sown the
computer, the process seems to last longer and the desktop
