In case anyone missed this above: I have sorted this out by using the following from another post: sudo service sddm stop sudo apt remove libqt5quick5-gles sudo apt install libqt5quick5 sudo service sddm start For me, when removing libqt5quick5-gles, libqt5quick5 was automatically installed, so

I have sorted this out by using the following from another post: sudo service sddm stop sudo apt remove libqt5quick5-gles sudo apt install libqt5quick5 sudo service sddm start For me, when removing libqt5quick5-gles, libqt5quick5 was automatically install, so line 3 wasn't needed. Not sure why

Some updates: All kde apps when starting report on the command line (Eg. when starting kate): Icon theme "Breeze" not found. tried reinstalling breeze-icon-theme but its still the same. The package is there, but kde cannot find it after the upgrade to 21.04 from 20.10. -- You received this
