My solution was to update from deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntu-x-swat/x-updates/ubuntu precise main Now everything works as expected. Computer shutdown normally if I don't login. Even If I try to rmmod nvidia before shutdown it doesn't help. Also with v.173 it shuts down normally, but I have problems with displaying sites content in web browser.
