Using stock Nautilus after a dist-upgrade from the latest Daily, I am
unable to replicate this. The same error output indicated by the
original post of the bug shows, but Nautilus pops up without issue.
The only difference between what is filed in this bug and the 'default'

I've run a test build and it builds locally. However, I am not a MySQL
user much anymore, as I've migrated most of my stuff over to Postgres.
If someone wants to test install from that
Don't mix the nginx upstream repository and the Ubuntu nginx flavors.
First, run: sudo apt-get remove nginx nginx-full nginx-common
Then, edit your apt sources and remove the nginx upstream repository.
Then, run: sudo apt-get update; sudo apt-get install nginx-full.

Having IPv6 disabled in your system is a nonstandard setup.
The default configuration file assumes a standard setup with IPv6 support on
the system.
We won't be removing that line from the configuration. You can remove
that line from the config or comment it out then try `sudo apt-get
install -

For the record: they asked for some help in Ask Ubuntu Chat, and I
assisted.
Here's what I did to assist:
(1) Walked them through the use of `quilt`. Stated that they should have each
upstream patch as its own in `quilt` because of the Origin dep3 headers, but
that can be debated.
