With the latest kernel update 3.19.0-20 the hashing is worst then ever. I am using variety for wallpaper changing and now on every wallpaper change there is a hashing. I have to manualy change the wallpaper multiple times to get to normal view. And of course the issue is not only the wallpaper,

15.10 (daily 10.09.2015) is completely hashed. It is unusable on Lenovo m58p (intel q43/45). Since it is getting worse I don't think that this bug will be fixed soon. Maybe the solution is to switch to different flavor/distro. The issue may be fixed when Ubuntu switch to Mir and Unity 8. Until
