Hey Mr. Bailey, I tried your new dmraid package and I still cant get my PC to
boot from the 2.6.17-10-generic kernel. It just displays the splash screen
(witch is different from the RC live cd) and the hdd light blinks a few times
then it goes to a black screen with a blinking cursor.
I think
I have been trying to compile miniupnpd-20090605 on my ubuntu-server 9.04 which
I use as my internet gateway/firewall.
I have gotten as far as building the daemon but I get this error:
gcc -Wall -Os -D_GNU_SOURCE -c -o netfilter/iptcrdr.o netfilter/iptcrdr.c
netfilter/iptcrdr.c:16:29: error:
@miniupnp
I tried that too in this post
http://miniupnp.tuxfamily.org/forum/viewtopic.php?p=1388#1388
I don't have much experience in this area so I have no clue how to proceed.
Could someone post a deb package with lease file enabled? That would
make it MUCH easier...

Could someone please make a new deb package?
I have the one at http://repo.bock.nu/dists/karmic/main/binary-i386/ but it's
from 2009, doesn't have an upstart script, and leasefile isn't enabled.
Thanks!

@Bernhard Bock
Your package is kinda old now and I can't get the leases file to work.
It says:
Parsing error file /etc/miniupnpd.conf line 33 :
lease_file=/var/log/upnp.leaeses
Could you build a new package?
Thx!

Title:
Mute button on USB headset steals
Public bug reported:
We have a number of different USB headsets in our call center and none of the
buttons work on them. They have Mute, vol up, and vol down. On two different
models the mute button will left click the mouse and I had to add them to the
xorg.conf to ignore their HID input but

USB
Hello Chris,
I just tried the nightly build from 4/1/14 and while using the Live OS without
installing the volume buttons on the headset worked however mute did not and
still causes the left mouse button to click.
I wonder if I'm missing something in my LTSP build that allows the volume
I am having a very similar issue, we have Jabra USB headsets Jabra UC
voice duo where I work and I am trying to migrate users to Linux
however every time you press the Mute button it both mutes/unmutes and
left clicks the mouse and the volume up and down don't work.

You received this bug
Hello Chris I have ran the ubuntu-bug xorg and upload the report however I
don't know where it went or if it had any information to link it to this bug.
I have added two USB headset device IDs into my xorg.conf to ignore HID input
however I would really like to get the volume controls working.
I received this same error today then looked at the UsbCreatorLog.txt above and
discovered the /usr/lib/syslinux dir was missing on my system.
After installing the syslinux-common package it finally work.
My distro is Ubuntu MATE 14.10 64bit for Mac.
