the ./configure checks what tcl/tk you have installed locally, you'll have to not only install tcl8.4-dev and tk8.4-dev, but also run update-alternatives to make amsn's ./configure detect 8.4... either way, like I said, whether or not in the changelog, aMSN has nothing to do with that.. even
