In an update involving kernel, grib2 two is run twice and thus os-prober runs
twice.
Each run of os-prober takes around 5 minutes, making for a much extended update

After experiencing display errors with 352 (default at install), I used
additional drivers to test the 340 driver.
After reboot, the screen resolution was maximum 800 x 600. After
reverting back to 352, remained at 800 x 600.
Normal/expected screen resolution is 2560 x

upgraded to 15.10. It uses two nvidia GeForce GTX 560 Ti in SLI driving

Logitech AK5370 USB microphone works for a few seconds, then go mute, as
seen from PAVU.
Unplugging and repluging will cause the mic to be recognized again for a

On my Mythbuntu 12.04.2 HTPC, my USB microphone (Logitech AK5370) works
for a few seconds, then stops producing signal from audio input. The
system recognizes it there, it just stays mute. This happens on all USB
ports. It has worked fine for months.

This was a problem with BIOS changing disk mounting locations, added hardware
and an os-prober problem that has apparently been fixed ( the later version
available in archlinux worked).

If I run the previous kernel, 3.2.0-30-generic, 12.04 runs as usual.

I'm experiencing this with a gt240 running Unity 2d with compositing
disabled and triple buffering enabled, but only very occasionally when
closing a window.

This system is scheduled for deprecation. To many essential
functionality are dysfunctional.
1. the specific steps or actions you took that caused you to encounter the
problem,
⋯booted into system from grub2
2. the behavior you expected, and
⋯expected to see wallpaper and have mouse actions
Kernel install failed. TermOut and DKMS make.log for nvidia-
current-295.40 for kernel 3.5.0-030500rc4-generic (x86_64).log attached.
I'll try again if the error can be got around.
