Still an issue on intrepid, not fixed. I've since switched to another
distro due to the responses I received its a hardware limitation and
this is not supported. I've gotten my hardware limitation to work
successfully on SuSE without a problem.

I have an IBM Thinkpad T61 with the Intel GM965 (X3100). I have a
docking station that uses a DVI and a VGA output for dual monitors. I do
not use my laptop monitor. I have gotten dual heads to work as clone as
well as expand. However, when I put my monitors in extend mode,
