Hi! I've heard you were looking for that stuff for a long time, so I finally found it for you, read more here http://kuopiontaijiquan.net/respect.php?babb Best regards, Kenshin Himura From: Bug 246836 [mailto:246...@bugs.launchpad.net] Sent: Saturday, July 08, 2017 10:22 PM To: himura.kens...@libero.it Subject: thank you :) We don't ask for enough certification with teachers. They aren't trained enough. They aren't taught enough. There are some truly ignorant teachers in this world. Also, you can get $60k as a teacher in America. You can make that in many private schools. Also, if you, were like my mother, you can get a series of Masters degrees which mandate a raise by the education system in most states. She made a lot of money as a teacher coming out of college but she became a teacher relatively late in life, having had two degrees and two Masters. So the customer is getting a better product that's US-made. I've never flown a sign. I think some time it would be fun to learn to letter well, I mean really well, and go out with a bunch of pre-cut pieces of cardboard and make up some funny signs, and tell people I'll make them a sign saying whatever they want, and take whatever they feel like paying. You know, funny stuff like "Unattended children will be given a cappuchino and a puppy" and "To err is human but to really screw up requires a computer". What I don't like about being a beggar is, all the long-time ones get hardened, just seeing people as cash machines. They don't say thank you. I like a lot better, doing something that's valuable and people pay me because they think I'm doing a good thing. Right now I'm torn between doing street music, or learning to do caricatures. My impression is that there's more money in the caricatures, but I've done street music and even though I seem to average only $10 an hour, I get people who are genuinely touched by the music and will double back to put a tip in the box. People don't get touched that way by a goofy drawing. I have audio in Amarok, but no sound in firefox, chromium, reqonk. I'm using kubuntu 11.10, to which I've upgraded from 11.04 (not a fresh install). I think the problem comes from flash-plugin (during upgrade, the process gave me an error code 1). R: [Bug 498736] Re: black screen for chat (ubuntu-bug xorg)
Hello, Sorry to answer so late. I tried on Lucid and the problem continues to be present, even if it is not so persistent as in previous releases. I made a little video in youtube, so you can see what I mean. At the moment I've uninstalled Lucid and come back to Hardy (which supports proprietary driver fglrx for ATI Radeon X1600 and does not present the problem). In Hardy with proprietary driver, the image is fine and stable. Here is the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0rnvc5UElNU If you need to know also which is the monitor, here what it is written on the sticker: HP w22, HSTND-2241-T, product number RG556AA, assembled "January 2007, 434000-001, CTM003". But I think the problem is in the open source driver for radeon. I tested again with a live cd of Lucid Kubuntu and it seems to me that some applications give more troubles than other ones. In particular, I got almost any trouble with konquerror or firefox, but it is impossible to work, if I have xchat maximised (the size of the window seems also affect the problem). I used a live disto because I wouldn't like have to reformat the partition to downgrade twince. Btw, I typed "apport-collect 498736" in a terminal to update it in Lucid. Yours Sincerely. [Bug 498736] Re: black screen for chat
apport information ** Tags added: apport-collected ** Description changed: Binary package hint: x11-xserver-utils I am running Karmic Koala (9.10). When I am using a software to chat (like xchat or kvirc), the screen becomes black for a second each "N" seconds. It seems that the frequence depends on the size of the window (per ex. when maximised the screen turns to black each 2 seconds). I get the same problem even disabling compiz (setting in appearence "no effects"). I would like a stable image and stay in a Linux environment. I didn't have this problem with Hardy Heron (8.04). Never tested Intrepid (8.10). I have found this problem, also in Jaunty (9.04). [Bug 246836] Re: monitor flickers black for a second after each program launch
Hi, In jaunty with opensource ati driver, my screen seems to flicker black for a second each random intervals, not only when I launch a new program. In the beta of Karmic, I noticed that this seems depend on the size of the window: the bigger the windows are, the shorter the intervals between black screens are. Anyway, this problem is also more frequent with softwares to chat, like kvirc or xchat. [Bug 373434] Re: [X1600] jaunty: X session (radeon) slows down, crashes
I have a similar problem, but with an ATI RV516 XT Radeon X1600 Series (not Mobility). The problem is that the screen becomes black for about 1 second each "n" seconds. I think "n" is smaller when the windows are bigger. I noticed that problem with IRC software like xchat and kvirc, but also with the browser firefox in jaunty and in karmic. Also the speed of applications seems affected. I was not so patient to wait until the system becomes too slow to see what it happened after, but I got all this without running compiz nor other visual effects.
