Thanks Joseph for taking the issue. I didn't made any update. As I've mentioned I had rectified no power supply problem, ICs were replaced. Although as I ran 'fsck' to check filesystem errors, it reported 1 bad sector on my linux partition. Could this be the possible cause? Any suggestions!
