By the way, my system is full ZFS in rpool. previous installation is running fine, not sure if this installation had downloaded what contributed to this? This is no longer an issue, as it was very easy to resolve. I had to remove the click directory complete with all data includes. Then reinstall utilizing the new pip tool.
