Problème contourné :
1er effacer /var/lib/mysql
2em récupérer sur le site de MARIADB : 10.1.18-MariaDB-1~xenial - mariadb.org
binary distribution
3em installer l'ensemble de cette distribution SANS ATTRIBUER DE MOT DE PASSE à
ROOT.
4em ajouter les utilisateurs phpmyadmin avec les droits
It is also impossible installing mysql in place of mariadb. The install
process feldown like for mariadb.
How can I run somme base with this ubuntu version ?

Good day,
During a new mariadb-server installation this error came.
I do re - install mariadb's because I have 'cant connect mysqld.soc !
Strange, some time before no problem. But after having use sleep status,
and a wake-up not good i have this mis running.
