[Bug 997497] Re: sensors plugin does not recognize sensors output
The problem here is that you're using the plugin incorrectly. The only possible wildcard values are these: temp, fan, volt. So the symlinks should be sensors_fan, sensors_temp, and sensors_volt. 2011/9/20 Sam Spilsbury : Works perfectly fine here. I reworked a large chunk of the stacking code recently, could you try the compiz packages in ppa:ubuntu-desktop/ppa . Also, I'd be curious to know what windows this is happening with. Often there are certain applications that misbehave and do things to confuse the window manager. Most of the time I have only Opera maximized and I suspected that it causes focus problems, but its not only Opera. [Bug 843431] Re: Logitech camera microphone does not work
I ran some tests and here is what I found: I can record normal sound from webcam's microphone, but only once after reboot. Any subsequent attempts will record high pitch garbage. I've also noticed that track duration counter in gnome-sound-recorder lags (one second in counter is like 2-3 normal seconds) as well as input level indicator. There is also noticeable sound glitch when starting first (normal) record, so maybe this bug is not about the kernel but pulseaudio's fault. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/843431 Title: Logitech camera microphone does not work To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/843431/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 843431] Re: Logitech camera microphone does not work
I was wrong about pulseaudio. Now I'm sure its 3.x kernel bug/regression.
