The rules file conditionally enables PGO and LTO in the python3 build
and while it's enabled for many platforms it's not enabled for arm64.
This is worth about 30% performance. Please enable it.

I have hardy with 3.5.9 installed. The exclude setting now appears to be
working properly. With any small font size (< 16pt) I still see the
color aberrations if subpixel hinting is enabled, but the exclude
settings are able to exclude these sizes. The problem is not limited to
the DejaVu font.

as eth0 and eth1 (and there are only two). I used eth0 to install the

The screen shots attached are with anti-aliasing turned off and with it
turned on. In both cases the font in DejaVu Sans Mono size 7. It appears
that the subpixel hinting is causing the font color to be messed up,
