[Bug 291115] [NEW] Update Manager crash problem with Turkish language

Public bug reported: Today, I tried to update Kubuntu 8.10. But It seems it has problems with Turkish language and crashes when tries to download packages. I attached apt.log and main.log too. Here's the output via terminal: RuntimeError: maximum recursion depth exceeded Original exception
