I'm running the mainline kernel, so I don't think apport-collect is required. However, I attempted to run it anyway and received the following error after authorizing it in launchpad.net: ~$ apport-collect 1837465 The authorization page:

Public bug reported: Whenever I run a game that pushes my GPU harder than usual, my monitor loses signal from the GPU and I have to do a hard reboot (hold down the power button for a few seconds) of my computer. I'm able to reproduce the problem consistently by playing Cities Skylines at 4K.
