[Bug 1702465] [NEW] System was able to take DHCP settings but it was failed to configure the manual settings.

Public bug reported: While verifying customized Ubuntu-Core image for Olimex A20-OlinuXino- Lime2 platform I observed that system was able to boot successfully and entered into network configurations settings. When I used default options for Ethernet (DHCP) then an IP address was assigned to an
