Hi
I'm using Ubuntu 10.04 x64 and have a problem with the login screen,
which doesn't appear in rare cases after awakening from Suspend-to-disk.
Only a restart solves the problem.

I also got this bug on Ubuntu 9.10:
The screen got black during work and after a dozen seconds the login
screen appeared. After login it was like before and of course all
unsaved work was unfortunately lost.

1. Open URL http://www.rtl2.de/rvp/grip/
2. Start flash video playback
3. Maximize the flash video (lower right icon)
Problem:
The flaring exists up to the latest generic kernel (2.6.31-16).

Annotation: This occured during a previous suspend and prevented it from
resuming properly. The resume processing hung very near the end and will have
