Hello, thank you for the tip ;)
By default /etc/shorewall/shorewall.conf defines :
LOGFILE=/var/log/messages
After I edited /etc/shorewall/shorewall.conf I replaced
LOGFILE=/var/log/messages by /var/log/syslog
Now on Webmin I can see the dump :)

When upgrade done :

I removed all the nvidia paquages :
sudo apt-get remove --purge nvidia*
