Importing pics from this camera was working fine until a few days ago.
Am running Ubuntu 8.10 and f-spot 0.5.0.3-0ubuntu2.

Camera is conneced and turned on, f-spot launches, identifies pics on
camera, I select the pics to import, and import process fails.

A dialog box entitles F-Spot Encountered a Fatal Error appears

the music starts.  After a few seconds though the sound stops and the
application becomes unresponsive.

Playing the same CD using XMMS works fine.
