I'm using XMPP, WLM(MSN Pecan) and IRC (but no icon for this one). I've succeeded in changing the picture by disabling XMPP, changing it. It crashes then I restarted and the picture was changed. I've then re-enabled WLM. I've just done a fresh reinstall of Ubuntu 8.04 32 bits. The mixer wasn't working right even after all the updates. I didn't precise I've got the up to date 8.04 version of Ubuntu. Thunderbird-gnome packet is also installed.
