I upgraded from Ubuntu 14.10 to 15.04.
15.04 will not accept my password which worked in 14.10.
Deleting the password using passwd in Grub does not change anything.

I have 'This is embarrassing' as noted above. When I try to install the
latest updates via Update Manager I get the response that the files are
already installed. When I try to run Firefox I'm told it's

I don't know how this affects me yet but Ubuntu reported this bug when I
was doing the upgrade. Ubuntu is still running but I do not know how
stable it will be.
