This is still broken as of today. Tried to upgrade a fully up-to-date 1604 LTS system to 1804 LTS using "do-release-upgrade" and it failed with this exact issue. That does happen on occasion when the FOM servers are under load. If you running the latest version it should auto-retry for you. Ok thanks. I've notice that Karmic has 0.2.8-1 which is effectively unusable because it doesn't have the login url patch. I have a genuine need to run multiple frontend processes on my computer. This worked find under 0.21, but since upgrading to 0.22 i cannot do this.
