`savedefault` command to non-recovery entries. This differs from the
`/etc/grub.d/10_linux` (without ZFS) behavior, which adds `savedefault` to
non-recovery entries.

Actually, I saw that the fix just landed in bionic-proposed in version
4.15.0-46.49 on 2019-02-15, so bionic-updates and bionic-security don't
have the fix yet as of today.

I confirmed it in:
- Mozilla Firefox 4.0.1
- MuseScore 1.0
on an HP Pavilion dv7t laptop.
It just happens with no known pattern.
I cannot investigate this issue further because Ubuntu 11.04 made that
computer very frustrating to use, so I reinstalled Ubuntu 10.10 on it.
