I can confirm having the same issues on my thinkpad x230 tablet. When trying to set the screen to portrait mode the image only takes up half of the screen instead of resizing and for me my touch inputs and stylus inputs do not sync with the images. I also confirmed this as well on my desktop monitor (with the exception of the input part as it is not a touch monitor.)
