sway session does not source /etc/profile or ~/.profile

/usr/share/wayland-sessions/sway.desktop executes sway directly, not via
a login shell, so /etc/profile is not sourced. Additionally, when the
user opens a terminal (by default via x-terminal-emulator), this is not
a login shell, so the user's ~/.profile is not sourced

Can't delete a folder if
Interestingly, the modality of the pop-up window can be broken via the
keyboard as well:
1. Get a modal pop-up (eg. try to close a new email that has been modified)
2. Switch to a different window with Alt-Tab
3. Switch back to Thunderbird with Alt-Tab. The background window will now be
focused,
Much better under Hardy (development branch, installed), but not gone

- Press F11 to view in full-screen, and the toolbar does not appear at all

- Move the mouse in full-screen mode, and the toolbar does not appear

3. Create the same folder again

I expect it to be moved to my Trash folder, perhaps with a suffix
appended (it being the second instance of that folder in the trash).
