Public bug reported:

After upgrading to Wily I noticed that the `ruby` command didn't
resolve, so I installed ruby2.2 and ruby2.2-dev, but still didn't have
`ruby` in my path. Installing 2.1 again re-established the /usr/bin/ruby
symlink, which I then redirected towards ruby2.2.
