I basically followed the installer instruction using the encryption and
LVM options as per my original settings. Every attempt I made raised the
same issue with error message:
"ubi-partman failed with exit code 141" from usb install

Title:
My system crashed a couple of days ago and couldn't restart it. It
wont reload the OS so I thought I'd reinstall it again with the usb
stick
