[Bug 298353] [NEW] knetworkmanger doesn't detect iwl3945 card if switched off at start-up

Public bug reported: Binary package hint: knetworkmanager I'm using Kubuntu Intrepid, and when my intel wireless pro 3945 (iwl3945) wifi card is switched off at startup, knetworkmanager doesn't detect it even if I switch it back on. wlan0 does appear in iwconfig, however, which is rather strange.
