Guys, seems that using sudo update-alternatives --config x86_64-linux-gnu_gl_conf and selecting an option (not the mesa one) and *not rebooting* makes prime-select and nvidia-settings work again, but *I'm not sure it changed something*, just it can query and select between nvidia and intel. --
