[Bug 1891919] [NEW] Icon path in .desktop file incorrect
Public bug reported: The icon path set in '/usr/share/applications/meshlab.desktop' incorrectly points to '/usr/share/pixmaps/meshlab.png' instead of '/usr/share/icons/pixmaps/meshlab.png'. ** Affects: meshlab (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1891919 Title: Icon path in .desktop file incorrect To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/meshlab/+bug/1891919/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1825963] Re: Abysmal memory leak on tracker-extract
I get the same error as Alex, but for TGA files: ``` tracker-extract[13828]: Call to gst_discoverer_discover_uri(file://[...]/Ale_col.tga) failed: Internal data stream error. ``` The error only occurs with certain TGAs, I shall attaching one below. My current workaround is to add '*.tga' to "/org/freedesktop/tracker/miner/files/ignored-files" in `dconf-editor`. SYSTEM: ``` #lsb_release -rd Description:Ubuntu 20.04 LTS Release:20.04 #apt-cache policy tracker* tracker-extract: Installed: 2.3.3-2 Candidate: 2.3.3-2 tracker-miner-fs: Installed: 2.3.3-2 Candidate: 2.3.3-2 tracker: Installed: 2.3.4-1 Candidate: 2.3.4-1 ``` ** Attachment added: "Ale_col.tga" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/tracker/+bug/1825963/+attachment/5389438/+files/Ale_col.tga -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1825963 Title: Abysmal memory leak on tracker-extract To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/tracker/+bug/1825963/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 498876] [NEW] Mute led from HP dv6575us turns blue when sound is on or touched and red some seconds later
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-settings-daemon The led from the multimedia have two states to reflect the mute state: blue and red (orange for some people). When the sound is not muted the color is supposed to be blue. When it is muted, red. The color boots red but as soon as a user logs and the intro music is played, it turns to blue. Some seconds latter, it is red again, although the sound is not muted. If I play some music, the color changes to blue and stay on that state as long as there is music playing. If I press the mute button with the music playing, the sound is muted but the color stays blue. If I then pause the music, some seconds later the color turns to red. If there is no music playing, when I press the button the color changes to blue and, some seconds later, to red again, doesn't matter the actual state of the mute. The state of the led then seems to be related to whenever is music playing or not, not the actual state of mute. The actual muting works fine. The sound is muted and the icon at the notification area changes accordingly. [Bug 231034] Re: desktop freeze when moving emacs in workspace switcher
Same here. Actually, I think the same problem happens also when the effects of Compiz are on, but the period of freeze is much shorter. Tried using another account and the problem did not happen. Seems to be a specific configuration of this one, but I am not sure. -- desktop freeze when moving emacs in workspace switcher https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/231034 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 231034] Re: desktop freeze when moving emacs in workspace switcher
I confirm what philipp said about the X version of Emacs. The freeze apparently happens with the GTK+ version, not the X one. -- desktop freeze when moving emacs in workspace switcher https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/231034 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
