Hey guys, I have figured out what was causing the problem for me. In the power manager, there is an option that says "automatically lock the screen" and it was set to "when the screensaver was activated". Along with that, there was another checkbox that was checked that said "lock screen when system is going for sleep." Because both of these things happened when my system went for sleep, the system ended up locking itself twice.
