first of all my system was/ is totally up to date
So I decided to go another way: I logged into unity 2d and reinstalled
unity, compiz and also erased all settings in unity
This did the trick...but now I can't tell you anymore why this happend,
I'm sorry :(

I've worked with the widget Layer with several widgets (screenlets,
gdesklets, opera widgets) but on all the widget layer doesn't hide on
click.
So I think this is clearly a compiz issue in natty.

I've attached a screenshot.
To make it more clear:
The German word Anwendung is abbreviated, so the first three shortcuts
don't make it really clear what they stand for.
The same with the word Internet in the shortcut surf the internet,
so at the moment this doesn't make any sense
