Thank you for the update. I deleted the Efi partition recreated it and
installed ubuntu then booted with windows usb and repaired windows
installation and it worked fine. Thank you so much for spending your time
in resolving the issue.

im running windows 8 uefi. burnt uduntu image using rufus in option mbr
for uefi or mbr. during installation got error cannot create grub and it
redirected me to bug reporting.
