python3-qrencode fails with SystemError
Hi Ed, usually a fix like this on its own would only take a day or two
for its autopkgtests to run before it migrates [1].
However, due to the 64-bit time_t transition, it may take some days
still before the updated package [2] is able to build on armhf.
