unfortunately with the re-install of MAAS, I could not get the images
for 16.04 only, to provide a commissioning boot. Only Focal 20.04 is
supported as boot.

16.04 was the last one to support booting i386. and it became buggy.

Verified that it is working for me.
Note, since the verification, I've since received a downstream patch on GDM3
from Pop!_Os repo's which also works.

The driver/firmware for the latest 'nvme' solid state drives is not in the live
dvd.
I have found a workaround to install lubuntu on my system:
booted from the live dvd
ran "Software Updater" from the menu
ran the installer again.
that worked for me.
Lubuntu works like a charm now!

printing fine. XP Windows cannot connect to printer...
I don't want a work-around (and dont want one), I just need to print
from 25 printers to this Linux box. Please somebody help!
