alsa/sdw: fix the audio sdw codec parsing logic in the

You are right, the Jammy has the alsa-ucm-conf-2.6.3, and the fix is
already in the v2.6.3, no need to apply SRU patch to Jammy.

Please remove "snd_intel_dspcfg.dsp_driver=2" or
