Yeah I've been having trouble with it still in Ubuntu MATE 20.10. Also
appears to be an issue in Vivaldi.

This issue affects LibreOffice 6.3.2.2, the most recent version
available in the Ubuntu MATE 19.10 Beta.

I can confirm that this still occurs in Ubuntu MATE 19.10 Beta release
(downloaded on 10/16/19 around 00:00utc). I checked on my laptop and
desktop, which both are affected. My laptop has a 1366x768 screen, but
my desktop has a 1920x1080, and on my desktop I can see that there are
two
