When I changed gnome shell to Yaru the keyboard is ok (enclosed).
So the problem was caused by specific gnome shell "Chrome-OS". It moves
onscreen keyboard some pixels down. It is easy to workaround this using
"Improvedosk" extension setting landscape height some px up.

There must be something more than "Extensions" app or improvedosk issue. I
removed both and the propblem with scalling is still present. Enclosed

be. I even don't know how to change it to GNOME keyboard.
If I enable onscreen keyboard in system settings, it shows the same
keyboard you saw on screenshots.

Hi,
Thank you for response.
I had created a bootable pendrive with 20.04 version of Ubuntu. I installed
this and then updated system, using regular system update tool.
So I am now on 20.04.3 version. I did not install any additional keyboards or
packages so I have no idea what kind of keyboard it

I use computer in 200% screen scale. In this scale onscreen keyboard is to
big so it is useless because there are invisible space, Alt and Ctrl keys. When
the screen is in 100% scale keyboard is in proper size.

Moreover there is no possibility to use diacritical marks using
system and did not install pulseaudio at all. Still the
same. After resuming there is no sound in HDMI.
