Even though #1291321 was supposed to fix this issue, I'm running into
live migration issues when attempting to move a VM from a Precise host
to a Trusty host. The VM is using the pc-1.0-qemu-kvm machine type as
required.
Process:
/usr/bin/kvm -name instance-## -S -machine

workaround, qemu-kvm and qemu-common must be removed via dpkg.

+1 here. I've got 64-bit Intrepid running on an XPS 1530 with the
4965agn. Every few suspends, the app will freeze for a minute or two
when I try to enable networking and will come back saying that
networking is still disabled. A reboot is required to fix this issue.
