How to rebuild:
Install a fresh precise kvm host (current 12.04.4) from an iso on a trusty
(14.04) host.
Add precise host to a open vSwitch
Start the machine
machine is fscking forever.
Details:
Installation, etc works fine, until i connect the host to a open vSwitch. (does
cannot
apport-collect 1326705
since precise host is hanging in fsck during bootup

This bug is currently not resoved in debian, but upstream has resolved it. The
patch [2] just needs to be applied by debian and ubuntu.

I agree about Critical being the right category. Even people knowing the
workaround will have problems when they supervise a system where not
