I have this bug on 2 machines, both running Lucid and ext4, one is 32, one is
64 bit.
Harddisk light every second!
I tried disabling journalling with tune2fs but it did not do a thing.
This is crazy.

Same problem here, I upgraded to hardy today.
Tried that last suggestion, did not work for me.
The nivdia driver does not load, I'm searching for 3 hours now.
