Find the problem, it isn't a broken/unsupported DKMS module for my case.
The system's default gcc/g++ version is 13. While installing CUDA 11.8,
I used update-alternatives to change the gcc/g++ version to 11. Switch
back to gcc/g++ 13 solved this issue.

I cloned the old setup to a new drive and tried various ways to install
20 from a usb drive.
Somehow setup is not recognising XP.
1. I deleted the old ubuntu drive and fixed the XP

Recently in groovy, using the mouse scroll wheel while hovering over a
message in geary stopped scrolling the message. hovering over the
header or the scrollbar still works. possibly related to webkit2gtk

I am experiencing this too.
After my monitors have lost the display port signal from my machine
(either during suspension or blank screen), changing the nightlight
settings is no longer possible and the last used setting is permanently
engaged. Rebooting fixes the issue, however.

FWIW I have been plagued with this same issue for a long time now and
the libinput_debounce_time.patch above* fixes the problem for me.
Obviously hard coding these values is a bad idea -- will this ever get
fixed properly?
* I had to adjust it to get it to apply on my LM20 system

installed from this source http://ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntu-mozilla-
security/ppa/ubuntu/
and reinstalling the
Olivier, unfortunally it does not work for me. like MK1Softie suggest:
if i remove my .thunderbird folder in the home directory, its starting.

The `n_sign_posn` from `localeconv()` is wrong for the en_US locale.
