This bug was fixed upstream in version 1.73b2. I think this is a new bug. I
don't rip so I don't use audex anymore...
Try to get in touch with the developper on kde-apps.org. So the bug can be
fixed upstreams. This worked for me.

shotwell.

yesterday my kubuntu 10.10 (amd64) updated the flash plugin to the version:
10.2.152.27ubuntu0.10.10.1
since then I don't have any flash plugin anymore in opera, firefox or
chromium.
Purge and reinstallation didn't help.

To confim: my /usr/lib/flashplugin-installer is also empty

Works for me. The problem is KPackageKit, the installation must be done
with apt-get and not with KPackageKit.
